Digital Products

E-Books and Digital Guides

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books, digital guides, and downloadable resources are final and non-refundable unless:

  • The product is inaccessible or unreadable due to technical issues on our end.
  • The product significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase with a detailed explanation of the problem, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

Digital Art and Prints

For digital art files and printable designs:

  • All sales are final once the digital file has been downloaded.
  • If you have not downloaded the file and wish to cancel your purchase, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
  • If the file is corrupted or cannot be accessed due to technical issues on our end, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of purchase.

Online Courses and Workshops

Refund Eligibility

For online courses and workshops, we offer the following refund options:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 25% of the course content.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing the course, and our support team cannot resolve them, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the amount of content accessed.

Cancellation of Live Workshops

For scheduled live online workshops:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop are non-refundable.
  • If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled date.

Physical Products

Art Prints and Physical Products

For physical products shipped to customers:

  • Return Period: You may return unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including original shipping costs.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return for physical products:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Return the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Membership Subscriptions

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly membership subscriptions:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing month.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual membership subscriptions:

  • You may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days of a new annual subscription if you are unsatisfied with the service.
  • After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but will remain active until the end of the paid term.
  • Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time to prevent future charges.

Event Tickets

For tickets to in-person or virtual events:

  • Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is canceled by MiddayMirror.
  • Ticket transfers to another person may be permitted with prior written approval.
  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date or eligible for a refund if you cannot attend the rescheduled date.

Payment Processing

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible:

  • Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the original card.
  • PayPal payments will be refunded to the PayPal account.
  • Bank transfers may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. However, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team with appropriate documentation for consideration.

Right to Refuse Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

  • The request falls outside the specified refund periods without extenuating circumstances.
  • The product has been downloaded, used, or consumed significantly.
  • The physical product shows signs of use, damage, or wear beyond what would be expected from inspection.
